Welcome to emerge-space.com (the “Website”), owned and operated by Sonam Bajaj under the name EMERGE, a leadership coaching firm based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (“EMERGE”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Website.

1. Use of the Website

The Website is provided for informational purposes — to describe our coaching services, share resources, and allow you to contact us through the enquiry form or email.

2. Enquiries and Engagement of Services

Submitting an enquiry through the Website does not create a coaching engagement or any contractual relationship. Coaching services are engaged separately, on terms agreed between you and EMERGE at the time of engagement (including scope, fees, scheduling, and payment).

The Website does not process bookings or payments. Any fees, invoicing, and payment arrangements are handled directly between you and EMERGE.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund requests for coaching sessions or programmes are considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account notice given and circumstances. Specific cancellation terms applicable to your engagement will be communicated at the time of enrolment or set out in your engagement agreement. 4. Nature of Coaching Services

Coaching is a developmental and goal-oriented process. It is not a substitute for professional advice, including medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or tax advice. EMERGE does not diagnose or treat any medical or mental health condition. If you require such services, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

You remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results. While we are committed to supporting your growth, EMERGE makes no guarantee of specific professional, business, or personal outcomes from coaching.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, images, frameworks, worksheets, and downloadable materials — is the property of EMERGE or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may view and download content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or commercially exploit any Website content without our prior written consent.

The “EMERGE” name and associated branding may not be used without written permission.

Any information you submit through the enquiry form must be accurate and must relate to you (or be submitted with the authority of the person it relates to). Personal information submitted through the Website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
